Common questions

What happens after the trial?

Nothing automatic — no credit card is required to start. When your trial ends, you'll be prompted to choose a plan if you'd like to continue. No surprise charges, ever.

Can I keep my existing phone number?

Yes! You keep your existing business number. You simply set up call forwarding (takes about 2 minutes) to route calls through AVADesk. Customers dial the same number they always have.

How does billing work?

Monthly plans are billed monthly on your signup date. Annual plans are billed once per year and save you approximately 10%. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.

What counts as a minute?

A minute = one minute of voice call time. If a call lasts 2 minutes 30 seconds, that's 3 minutes (rounded up). SMS messages are counted separately from your voice minute allowance.

Can I change plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade instantly — your new limits take effect immediately and billing is prorated. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.

Is there a contract?

No contracts. Month-to-month plans can be cancelled any time. Annual plans are prepaid but come with our satisfaction guarantee — if AVADesk isn't working for you in the first 30 days, we'll refund your annual payment.

Do all plans include industry templates?

Yes! All plans include access to our 75+ pre-built industry templates. Choose your business type during setup and your AI receptionist comes pre-configured with industry-specific knowledge.

What if the AI can't handle a call?
